TPS for Venezuelans

USCIS published a notice designating Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months, effective March 9, 2021, through September 9, 2022. Applicants must have continuous physical presence since March 9, 2021. The TPS designation will allow an estimated 300,000 Venezuelans to remain lawfully in the United States.
