Her practice involves both business and family immigration matters. she has represented individuals and corporation on both sides of immigration transactions with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Court, and Board of Immigration Appeals. She has secured non immigrant work, investor and specialized visas for virtually every visa category under the US Immigration Act. She specializes in advising corporations on all aspects of work visa and immigration employment compliance issues. She has lectured before state government agencies, corporations, universities, and consulates on issues related to the immigration laws of the United States.
