Attorney Hauser is the Managing Partner at O’Neil and Hauser P.C. She has led a skilled team of immigration lawyers and paralegals, serving clients in Massachusetts, as well as other parts of New England, and around the world.
Her practice involves both business and family immigration matters. She has represented individuals and corporation on both sides of immigration transactions with the Department of Homeland Security, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Immigration Court, and Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as, the Department of Labor.
She has secured nonimmigrant work, investor and specialized visas for virtually every visa category under the U.S. Immigration Act. She specializes in advising corporations on all aspects of work visa and immigration employment compliance issues. She has lectured before state government agencies, corporations, universities, and consulates on issues related to the immigration laws of the United States.
This experience in helping workers, employers, students, and families navigate the U.S. immigration system has equipped her to deal with matters big and small.
